How do I order a free battery replacement?

Simply visit Precision Pro's Battery Replacement page and fill out a brief form. A battery will be mailed to you the following business day and should deliver within 3-4 business days. All free of charge.

Why is my rangefinder coming of 10-15 yards short?

Your rangefinder is most likely measuring in meters instead of yards. Look in the bottom right-hand corner of the display. If you see the letter M instead of Yd, it is in meters.

How do I change my rangefinder from meters to yards?

NX7 Pro – When the screen is off, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds.
NX7/NX9 – Simply tap the mode button.
NX2 – When the screen is off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
NX9 Slope/NX7 Pro – Hold mode button for 5 seconds.

Will this product only shoot the flag?

The NX9 rangefinder quickly and accurately measures the distance to any object with a direct line of sight – flags, bunkers, trees, etc.

Do flags need prisms to get a read on them?

Nope! The NX9 delivers precise readings to the flag regardless of whether or not there is a prism present.

What if my rangefinder's battery dies?
