Have a technical issue with a Polar GPS Watch? We'll help you get it figured out!

A first step we recommend is contacting Polar's fantastic technical support team—this can be done in two ways:

  1. via Polar Support Center
  2. via Email Submission Form

As an Authorized Polar dealer, any Polar product sold on is completely eligible for Polar's 2-Year Limited Warranty, with the exception of wristbands made of silicone or plastic, which are subject to a guarantee period of one year from the date of purchase. So you can be confident you'll be protected from any product defects within 1-2 years of your delivery date!

When you purchase a Polar Smartwatch product on, you have 60 days to return or exchange it—no questions asked!
