Have a technical issue with a FlightScope Mevo or Mevo+? We'll help you get it figured out!

As an Authorized FlightScope Dealer, all FlightScope Mevo and Mevo+ launch monitors sold on PlayBetter.com are completely eligible for FlightScope's 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty. So you can be confident you'll be protected from any product defects within 365 days of your delivery date!
When you purchase a FlightScope, per manufacturer policy, the return period for all FlightScope launch monitors is 30 days (you will be provided with free PlayBetter shipping label). This means the FlightScope Mevo or Mevo+ unit must be returned to the PlayBetter warehouse within 30 days of it arriving at your shipping address.
If you purchased both the Mevo+ Unit and Mevo+ Pro Package Software at the same time, both are refundable within 30 days of purchase, even if you have registered the code.
For Mevo+ Pro Package Software, once activated it cannot be refunded. If it's not registered, it can be refunded within 30 days.
